Are You Unhappy With Your Job?

Think about your job for a moment. Does your job make you happy or unhappy? Do you find that your job is your #1 priority and you are so preoccupied with work that you don’t give yourself enough time to take care of you?

The only thing we have in this world is time. If the situation is that bad with your job, consider starting a job search. Stop coming up with excuses of why you can’t leave. And don’t tell yourself that you’re not going to find the right job. People often do this until they are at a breaking point and they can’t take it any more. Don’t wait till then. You’ll be in a much worse position where you may not have any control of the scenario. Have a good attitude and start. One of the things that I’ve seen in clients making career transitions is that it can take a while so you might as well get on it.

Nobody knows your situation the way you know it so access so carefully weigh out the possibilities so that you can create a good game plan. If you have to endure a situation for a bit, then keep a positive mindset and do what you can to take care of yourself. Start making your life your first and foremost priority. In doing so, it will make a positive difference in your emotional well being.
