The dangers of comparing yourself to others

Unless you are doing it for the purpose of motivating yourself, you have to absolutely stop comparing yourself with other people. It’s hands down one the fastest ways to feel miserable because you end up feeling critical of who you are and what you have. When you function from that place, not only do you end up feeling really negative but on top of that it stunts you from being to make good things happen in your life… It also stunts you from being you. And if you don’t have that, then you’re just lost. So the next time you are tempted to compare yourself, redirect your thinking and let that useless thought go.
