This Week Motivational Challenge: Focus On The Small Stuff
It is so easy to focus on our big picture goals and forget about the day-to-day stuff that really adds up, that makes a big difference in the grand scheme of things so this week I challenge you to find three areas in your life where you can really focus on making things better. For example for you it might be going to bed early so this way you can wake up early in the morning, make yourself a healthy breakfast, maybe it’s also you going to the gym.
Another one that you could work on is making it so that you’re more mindful of time. This way, you’re not getting to places late, feeling upset and then on top of that having to deal with upset people. Find three areas in your life where you can make these changes and stick to it every single day.
