Did you know that all hypnosis is really self-hypnosis?

 

Even when you are being hypnotized by a hypnotherapist such as myself, it is you who decides to allow yourself to relax, let go, and focus on what you want during each hypnosis session. Every person on this earth should know how to tap into their higher power by engaging in self hypnosis. I am a strong believer in this. In fact, I often teach people how to hypnotize themselves while in hypnosis.

Once you know how to hypnotize yourself, you can do so for absolutely anything! You’ll notice that you start having these “A-ha!” moments as your subconscious mind works with you to find the answers that you are looking for. Realizations might come to you out of nowhere, or you might make connections between whatever is currently going on with something from the past. Overall, you start becoming more “aware” as you start to notice things around you that you hadn’t noticed before. This is all wonderfully common for a person who practices self-hypnosis on a regular basis. Your path becomes clearer.

Use self-hypnosis to create the changes that are right for you. Think about it, nobody knows you the way you know you. During self-hypnosis, you have access to that part of you that knows all your problems, as well as all your solutions. It’s all within you! It’s just a matter of accessing it. That is why self-hypnosis is so invaluable.
