If you are experiencing sugar addiction, you know that it can be very hard to stop. The more sugar-laden substances you eat or drink, the more neurotransmitters are released, which ultimately causes a deficiency that is only satiated when you eat more sugar, just so that you can just feel normal again. That is why it is said that sugar is addictive.
