Here are three ways that you can improve your ability to focus:

1. Create a priority list and put your first priority on the top.  This way your mind can tell the difference between what’s important and what’s not.  Even if something were to come up, be sure to get back to your top priority until you’ve completed that task.

2. Focus on one task at a time:  Multi-taskers are 40% less productive across the board.  If you focus, you’ll finish tasks sooner and be able to get more things done in the day.

3. Refuse to give your energy to negative thinking.  Worry and overthinking about the past and what may happen in the future can only drain and distract you from accomplishing your goals.  Focus on the positives in your life and focus on taking positive action.  That’s what’s going to lead to you getting everything you want and need.
