Are you finding that a part of you yearns for positive change in your life while another feels the desire to keep things the same? Believe it or not, there is a part of us that prefers a negative known to an unknown. That’s because change can be very scary to our minds. Our minds can see change as a risk to our stability and well being. That mental incongruence may have you not knowing what direction to take and what to do. You may find that it’s leading to you feeling frozen, unable to make decisions and move forward. Everybody goes through these moments. It’s part of the human experience.
The inner turmoil that I’ve just described is part of the process of change. Instead of trying to lessen what you are feeling or try to all together stop it, be in the moment and look within to better understand where it’s coming from. Listen to what your higher self is requesting of you. For some, that aha moment might arrive sooner than later. For others, it is more of a process. Regardless of which one you are experiencing, be brave and bold as you figure out what’s right for you. Once you have that clarity, you can make a decision and then take action on it.
See change as a catalyst for good things happening in your life. It is only through change that all humans are able to grow and reach their fullest potential. By re-shifting your gears, you open yourself to great new experiences including new friendships, love, career success and overall fulfillment. To sum it up, you open yourself to a world of possibilities.
Remember that the only person who can do what you need done for you, is you, so be sure to count on yourself when you find yourself ready for change.
