The Unhealthy Food We Eat Without Knowing It. Hey guys. It’s Sasha. Do you ever stop to think about whether the things that you’ve always eaten whether they’re good for you or not?. Many times we don’t, right?.
Well, the other day I decided that I was gonna make some chicken soup and so the recipe that I was gonna follow is the same recipe that my grandmother used and part of the recipe have these little chicken bouillon cubes, these are the same ones that I remember her using when she would make soup for us. And it was always very delicious. I decided to do some research and I found out that these little things are actually horrible, they’re really bad for you, they’re loaded with sodium, trans fats and on top of that a ton of MSG. MSG is a neurotoxin, it is horrible, in fact MSG has been linked to asthma, obesity, cancer, headaches, numbness, tingling, muscle tightness, brain damage and liver inflammation. Can you believe that?.
Not only that but they’ve actually shown that there’s a link between MSG and children that are hyperactive at school. It makes it so that it’s hard for us to function and use our brains the way they’re supposed to. Just horrible, it just goes to show you that it’s really important that we really reassess whether the things that we’ve been eating on a regular basis, whether they’re good for us or not.
For all we know, we’ve been eating really bad stuff that has been has been harmful to our health. In fact there’s a connection between MSG and obesity, being overweight, so it’s really important that if you’re were using this to cook with, throw it out!. It’s no good and so not only does it have salt in it, MSG, it’s got trans fats that can lead to coronary heart disease and on top of this, it has colors that are carcinogenic. Really bad, right?
Well I hope this little video has you really looking into the things that you’re eating and really assessing, reading those labels and really assessing whether the stuff is good for you or not, because you know what we put into our body is it really impacts our brain and how we function and for all you know you’ve been eating certain things that have been really harmful for you, things that you need to stop eating and so yeah so I hope you would take the moment to start looking at those labels and start reading what’s in the food you eat.
